Breathing Space Yoga Studio is a unique Glasgow-based Yoga Studio which takes an innovative approach to providing a relaxing and holistically rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.


Isla Murray has been practicing yoga for over a decade.  She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga & Ayurveda Center with Steph Mitchell, through Online Yoga School.  For more information on Isla's training, please visit https://courses.onlineyoga.school/courses/200-hour-yoga-teacher-training-certification.  Isla is also a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, Certified Chair Yoga Teacher and Certified Ayurveda Specialist.  Isla is currently enrolled in a 300 Hour Online Yoga Teacher Training also through Yoga & Ayurveda Center.
